We hiked this trail with the West Texas Trailwalkers.   We did the 10k option a climb of 1,190 feet. This is an out and back hike in the upper Bonito Creek drainage that had multiple creek crossings and beautiful forest scenery.  There was a steep climb to the 10k turn around. The stands of aspen and maple trees were beautiful.
