Art Cowsen Trailhead – Benbrook Trinity Trail Walk – 10/13/18

Once again there was rain predicted but we decided to walk anyway. We meet our daughter and walked the 5K event hosted by the Hood County Hummers. The trail was (thankfully) fully paved. We were on our way in before it started pouring.

Heavy cloud cover makes it look like we are walking at night.

Kerwin registering.

Leaving the start area we head out before the rain sets in.

View of the paved trail.

Another view of the trail.

Checkpoint with lots of refreshment choices.

The two Hood County Hummers on the left are on the way out.
The two on the right are on the way to the finish.

Kerwin and Ed as the skies opened up.

No way around it, we had to wade through. (Picture credit:  Kerwin)
